Step I - Client Consultation
We meet with you to discuss your goals, vision and business. If you are located out of province we will hold this consultation by telephone. A single “Point of Contact” person will be established at this meeting. Complete the online Request for Proposal form. The RFP provides us with basic information prior to the initial consultation. This includes information pertaining to the type of web site that you require, design style, corporate presence, e-commerce and specialized database development & integration requirements.

Content:
We request all brochures, marketing materials, print ads, etc., that you may have used or currently use to promote your business. Written content, graphics/logos and photos are supplied by client unless otherwise agreed upon.

Scope of Work and Web Site Design Agreement:
An outline of agreed upon work and any ongoing service that may be included; maintenance, hosting, etc., will be presented at the initial consultation for signature.

Step II - Design
Based on the information that we have gathered we begin the design process. Within 1 week of the initial consultation your site mock-up will be available, online for your review. Once a site design has been agreed upon we will begin to build the remainder of the site. Depending upon your site's requirements this may include domain name registration, transfer of your existing site, database development, merchant account set-up and shopping cart development. Contact is maintained throughout the design process.

Step III - The wrap-up
Your web site is registered with search engines and directories. We will assist you with locating other alternative “fee-based” advertisers that you choose to promote your site through including; e-mail/newsletter advertising, banner advertising and Internet Press Releases. We allow 1 month after the completion of the site for minor alterations and changes-free of charge. If you choose to have us maintain your web site we will continue monitoring traffic, make requested changes, and continue submitting your web site to search engines.
